I grab Progresso soups often, especially the chicken noodle and minestrone, because they’re just dependable. When I’m rushed and don’t have time to think about dinner, it’s nice knowing the taste is going to be the same every time.

Some other brands feel hit or miss, like one can is watery and the next is way too salty, but I haven’t had that issue with these. It’s an easy meal when I’m tired or running around, and so far I’ve never opened a weird can...

I wanted to like using the site, but honestly... it gets kind of annoying. The menus take a while to load, and the search just feels clunky. Like, it works, I guess, but it’s not as smooth as it should be.

I can always find a soup flavor I’m in the mood for, there’s usually something that sounds good no matter what kind of day I’m having

The food tastes fine, but I think a lot of customers may feel like the portions are on the smaller side. It’s good, just not quite enough food to feel fully satisfied.

I do appreciate that the nutrition info is easy to find, and a few of the soups are actually filling without being loaded with calories. That said, some of the sodium numbers are higher than you might expect, so it feels like you really have to check instead of assuming they’re all healthy. The lower-sodium options have been fine for me, though.

I’m fed up at this point. The box was so flimsy it’s no surprise the cans arrived dented again. Whoever is packing these clearly isn’t bothering to make sure they’re protected, and it’s really frustrating to keep paying for items that show up damaged

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about reaching out to their support team: in my experience, it took a few days to get a reply, and even after that, my issue still wasn’t resolved. Maybe others have had better luck, but I’d recommend keeping your expectations low and having a backup plan if you need something fixed quickly.

I actually really liked the texture of this soup, it was just right for me and not too mushy. Did anyone else notice the same thing, or was it just my batch?

I buy Progresso often, so I’ll usually check for a coupon first. Most of the time, yeah, there’s one that works. Saves a little, nothing huge, but still nice. The annoying part is some are already expired, so I end up clicking around a bit before finding a good one

The tracking updated like it was supposed to, the box showed up right on time, and nothing was missing or messed up. Straightforward experience, which is all I was hoping for. I’d order again.

The soup itself tasted fine, nothing amazing but okay. The annoying part was getting the can open and trying to figure out the heating directions, which weren’t very clear. I ended up making a mess and got frustrated. I also couldn’t find an easy way to talk to an actual person for help, which made it feel even more irritating. Just not worth the hassle for a can of soup.
